RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Label Manasi does not endorse any return or exchange policy as a standard company protocol for both domestic and international orders, whether for off-the-rack or made-to-measure pieces.
ALTERATIONS
Alterations are only accepted under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The merchandise is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- An incorrect item is delivered instead of what was ordered.
- The garment’s fit is off according to our style guide.
In any of these cases, the client must notify our team via email within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise, clearly stating the issue along with images highlighting the problem areas. Once the issue is verified by Label Manasi, acceptance of the return or exchange is at the sole discretion of www.labelmanasi.com, based on the condition and timelines of the returned item. Please ensure the garment is unused, properly sealed as received, and includes its original packaging. Necessary corrections will be made and the garment will be returned with a new delivery date.
FIT & SIZE
Please refer to our standard size chart for accurate body measurements. Fit may vary depending on the garment’s cut and style. Each garment includes an additional 3-4 inches for ease and comfort beyond the size chart measurements.
Bespoke outfits are made to the measurements provided by the customer. If the fit differs due to inaccurate measurements, alterations will be chargeable.
COLOR VARIATIONS
Product images on our website may show slight color variations compared to the actual product. Screen displays can slightly alter tones and shades. Natural processes or manual techniques may result in minor imperfections in fabric, print, or dye, which are not considered quality control failures.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed. All orders are handcrafted specifically for you. Label Manasi reserves the right to accept or cancel orders at any time.
SALE POLICY
Promotional offers may apply to select items for a limited time on www.labelmanasi.com. Sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and no alterations are accepted.
DELIVERY POLICIES
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders are prepaid. International shipping charges are calculated and paid by the customer.
